11-Month Warranty Inspections

Purchasing new construction? Don’t forget to schedule an 11-month warranty inspection! This helps to identify any defects that have presented in the first year before your builder’s warranty expires.

Pre-Drywall Inspections

Certain defects are difficult to identify once walls are closed up. We highly recommend having a home inspector check the framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components of your home before drywall is in place.

Mold Inspections

CL-100s

In South Carolina, CL-100s are often required for real estate transactions. We are licensed and able to provide these reports that will identify the presence of wood destroying organisms or give you a “Clear Letter” that shows no problems exist.
