Jake Wright is originally from the Philadelphia area but has enjoyed living in the South Carolina lowcountry now for five years. He has served his community through service in the Navy’s engineering department. Prior to that, he spent three years in general contracting where he developed a genuine love for homes and building science. He’s excited to share that passion with clients by providing both attention to detail and clear communication in his reports. When Jake is not inspecting homes, you can find him woodworking in his garage, going to the beach, and enjoying time with his wife, baby girl, and puppy.

Isaac Arco is originally from Minnesota, but has easily adjusted to loving life in the lowcountry. Growing up, he gained a lot of knowledge about construction through helping his parents flip houses. During that time, he developed a passion for working with his hands to figure out problems and correct them. When he is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, his dog, and his friends, or enjoying any sport with a ball.
