About Us

James Guenther has been proud to call the South Carolina Lowcountry his home for over fifteen years. After spending a decade serving the community as a paramedic firefighter, he now thoroughly enjoys inching through crawlspaces and attics as he gets to know the ins and outs of each home he inspects. He loves his job and counts it a privilege to be trusted with this vital step in the home-buying process. When he’s not inspecting houses, he enjoys fishing, chess, woodworking, coaching soccer, and family time with his wife and four children.
